Silvano Arpino
A dedicated father of two children, Silvano Arpino knows it's not easy to reconcile family and work. His many years of practice in court and as a lawyer in family and inheritance law allow him to combine his in-depth knowledge, practical experience and strategic skill in order to find the best solution for his clients.
After obtaining his degree from the University of Zurich in 2005, he worked as a court clerk for several years and was mainly responsible for separation and divorce proceedings. In addition, he was Chairman of the Conciliation Authority, dealing with lease and rental matters for five years. Silvano Arpino passed his bar exams in 2011. He has been working as a lawyer in some of Switzerland’s top 20 law firms specialising in family and inheritance law since 2012. In 2017, he obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Family Law from the Universities of Fribourg and Zurich and the title of Certified Specialist SBA Family Law. He also qualified as a mediator SBA and as a collaborative lawyer clp Switzerland. He is a regular speaker on family law topics, including on the specialisation course in family law offered by the SAV and the Universities of Fribourg and Zurich. Silvano Arpino is a founding member and partner of AH4 AG Family Law Experts and also a board member of the Association of Certified Specialists SBA Family Law and the clp Pool Zurich/Eastern Switzerland.
Next to his career and family, Silvano Arpino enjoys a day out fly fishing.
