How to proceed
You will find our personal data sheets below. Please download it, fill in the details of all persons involved, sign it and send it to contact@ah4.law. It will help us if you briefly describe your concern. Upon receipt, we will carefully check whether there is no conflict of interest, whether we have capacity for your case and who in our team is best suited to deal with your matter. You will be contacted by us within 2-3 working days. Your enquiry will of course be treated in the strictest confidence.
Fees
Usually, we charge an hourly fee of CHF 300 to 700, depending on experience and specialisation of the lawyer involved, as well as complexity and financial scope of your case. In addition, a flat rate for small expenses (telephone, copies and postage, etc.) of 3% of the overall fee and VAT (7.7% until 31 December 2023, 8.1% thereafter) will be charged. We bill the actual amount of time spent, minimum unit 5 minutes, and usually issue detailed invoices every month for your better overview of all activities in your case.
Further, we charge an appropriate retainer on costs before commencing our work. We will discuss the amount of the hourly rate and the advance on costs in your specific case at the first meeting, which will also be invoiced.
